These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shark Tank.biz website ("Site") and the Shark Tank mobile application ("Mobile App") (collectively, the "Services"), operated by INNOVATIVE MEDIA PRODUCTIONS ("Shark Tank", "Shark Tank Egypt", "we", "us", or "our"). 4. Event Registration and Attendance

  1. Ticket Purchases: All fees for events are displayed at the time of purchase. Event tickets are non‑transferable, unless expressly permitted.

  3. Code of Conduct: You agree to comply with event-specific rules, including any dress code, badge display, or venue regulations. Tank reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee for inappropriate behavior.

5. Payment and Fees

  1. When you purchase a ticket or subscription, you agree to pay all fees presented at checkout.
  2. Payment Processing: We use third-party processors; your payment data is transmitted directly to those providers and is subject to their privacy and security policies.
  3. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are the property of Shark Tank or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  2. You may view and download content only for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display, requires Shark Tank's prior written consent.

7. User Content

  1. You retain ownership of any content you submit ("User Content"), but by submitting it, you grant Shark Tank a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Services.
  2. You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

  1. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Shark Tank disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. Shark Tank does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or communications on the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shark Tank and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.
  2. Shark Tank's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Shark Tank, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shark Tank and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

  2. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
